Reader Cards are electronic and will be sent to your email

Required for all students

A link to your individual reader card will be sent to your phone, open the link and save the QR code, bring it with you to the ceremony.  

You must have your reader card with you for your name to be read during the ceremony.

• The Grad Pass will be used to announce your name in the diploma march.
• When you leave your seat for the diploma march, take your phone/QR code with you.
• After the picture station, show your QR code to the person scanning. Do NOT step out of order.

Where to get your card

Please pay attention to your emails, it will contain the link to your reader card’s QR code needed for the ceremony. Email containing your special code will be sent close to the event date.
