Please remember that commencement is different from the actual graduation process.  Commencement refers to the ceremony, which is an opportunity for the students to share the excitement and importance of their academic accomplishments with peers, family, and friends.

Graduation is the process of paying a fee to get your actual degree and finish your requirements.

To be eligible to graduate and receive your diploma, complete these steps:

  1. Apply to graduate - read details
  2. Complete all academic requirements for your degree - read details
  3. Update your name and addresses (mailing and home) - read details
  4. Settle all financial obligations - read details
  5. Participate in Commencement - read details
